We are looking for an enthusiastic full time

Wagga Wagga NSW.
In this key role, you will support different areas of our trade store to serve customers in person, via phone, email and also support other activities including managing stock put-away, stock top-ups, and ensuring goods are well presented and stored neatly.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Wagga Wagga NSW.
In this key role, you will support different areas of our trade store to serve customers in person, via phone, email and also support other activities including managing stock put-away, stock top-ups, and ensuring goods are well presented and stored neatly.
By joining our passionate well established team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun, and make a positive difference to all our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

* Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on backorders
* Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
* Showroom displays, stock rotations
* General housekeeping of the sales counter and overall showroom
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
