Are you a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic looking to join a reputable company with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service? Bunbury Batteries & Radiators is seeking a full-time Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Bunbury, WA 6230. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a range of light vehicles, contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
1. Conducting comprehensive inspections and diagnoses of light vehicles to identify faults and required repairs
2. Performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including servicing, brake work, engine repair, and electrical systems
3. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with industry best practices and safety regulations
4. Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients throughout the repair process
5. Maintaining detailed records of work undertaken and parts used
6. Collaborating with the wider team to support the efficient operation of the workshop
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics, with a focus on light vehicles
2. Extensive experience as a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic, with a strong understanding of the latest automotive technologies and repair methods
3. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
4. A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
6. A current driver's licence and your own tools
