POSITION 01Construction ManagerCareer Pathway to Construction DirectorThis is a career-defining appointment. We are looking for an accomplished Construction Manager ready to take ownership of a luxury high-rise program — and to grow with the company into a Director-level leadership role. You will work closely with the executive team, shaping not just individual projects but the future direction of their construction operations.
About the Role:
• Lead all construction operations across one or more luxury high-rise apartment projects simultaneously• Oversee and mentor Site Managers, Foremen, Contracts Manager and Administrators, and subcontractor teams• Drive program, quality, cost, and safety outcomes from pre-construction through to handover• Partner with the development and design teams on constructability and value engineering decisions• Establish and continuously improve site management systems, standards, and culture• Provide regular reporting and strategic input to the executive leadership team• Play a key role in business development and future project planning
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 15 years’ construction industry experience, with at least 5 years at Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager level• Proven track record delivering luxury high-rise residential apartment projects• Deep knowledge of high-rise methodology: formwork systems, post-tensioning, facade, FF&E• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and programmes• Exceptional leadership presence — you inspire confidence in trades, consultants, and clients alike• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent• Queensland Building Licence highly regarded but not essential• Ambition to grow into a Director role — we are building our leadership team for the long term
POSITION 02Senior Site ManagerLuxury High-RiseThe Senior Site Manager will be the heartbeat of the project — the person who keeps every moving part aligned, every subcontractor accountable, and every day on track. You’ll be working on a stunning luxury high-rise development with a team that takes immense pride in what they build. You will be empowered to make decisions and solve problems without the red tape and myriad of layers within a contracting firm.
About the Role:
• Take full site ownership of a luxury high-rise apartment tower from early works through to practical completion• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractor trades, ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality standards• Own the construction programme — identify risks early, develop solutions proactively• Maintain a safe, well-organised, and highly professional site environment at all times• Manage RFIs, site instructions, and quality documentation• Mentor and develop junior site staff and foremen as part of a growth-focused team• Liaise directly with the Construction Manager and development team on all key site matters
What we are looking for: • Minimum 10 years’ site management experience, with strong luxury high-rise residential exposure• Demonstrated experience managing sites of 15+ storeys from ground-up• Expert knowledge of high-rise construction methodology, trades sequencing, and programme management• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or interstate equivalent with willingness to obtain QLD licence)• First class WHS knowledge and commitment to a safe and compliant site• Natural leader with the ability to get the best from your team and sub-contractors• Highly organised with excellent communication and documentation skills
POSITION 03Site ForemanLuxury High-RiseThe Site Foreman is a key operational leader on site, translating the programme into daily action, keeps trades moving efficiently, and ensures quality and safety. You’ll be working on a landmark luxury development alongside a driven and highly professional team
About the Role:
• Supervise day-to-day site operations, directing trades and labour to ensure programme milestones are achieved• Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality of workmanship, safety compliance, and site presentation• Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment deliveries to maintain uninterrupted workflow• Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings with subcontractor supervisors• Identify and escalate programme risks and quality issues to the Site Manager promptly• Maintain accurate site diaries, daily records, and safety documentation• Lead by example — your attitude sets the tone for the entire workforce
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 7 years’ construction experience with at least 3 years in a Foreman role on high-rise projects• Solid understanding of high-rise construction processes — structure, envelope, fitout, and services• Hands-on team leader who commands respect on a busy construction site• Strong WHS knowledge and understanding• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage and coordinate sub-contractors• Relevant trade background or construction qualifications• White Card (Construction Induction) and current First Aid certificate required
