Our clients are currently seeking Administration/ Customer Service staff to join their office teams.
These are ongoing roles, 5 days per week.
As the successful applicants your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Customer service - both internal and external
- Organise freight pick ups
- Allocation / scheduling
- Answer and Redirect phone calls
- Data entry
- Filing
To be suitable for these roles you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Above average skills with the MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great presentation and a can do attitude
- The ability to start immediately
These roles range from entry level to more experienced and pay rates will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
