What will you be doing?
Your role will be to empower individuals with a disability, injury or a health condition to achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment.
* Tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
* Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs.
* Understand the unique employment needs of your clients.
* Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
* Servicing our outreach sites at times depending on business needs (Kyneton, Castlemaine, Kangaroo Flat, Gisborne, Wedderburn).
Who are you?
You are committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will be expected to bring:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a related field.
* Problem‐solving and goal‐setting abilities.
* Solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
* Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
Must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect with a drive to ensure positive business outcomes.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to role.
