About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Mechanical Fitter to keep our operations running smoothly. If you love solving problems, working with cutting-edge machinery, and being part of a team that values your skills, this is your role
What you'll do:
* Keep our plant humming with top-tier preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Fabricate, fit, and repair mechanical systems and components
* Champion safety, precision, and performance in everything you do
* Own your tasks, manage your time, and collaborate with a skilled crew
* Dive into exciting projects that challenge and grow your expertise
About You
* Trade qualified Fitter & Turner with 2 years' experience
* Sharp fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
* Strong understanding of WHS and maintenance best practices
* Confined Space & Breathing Apparatus competence (a big plus)
* Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/afternoon)
* Great communication and solid computer skills
