Customer Service Officer
mlcoa is a premier provider in medical independent opinions and specialist services. We seek an enthusiastic client services officer to support customers, arrange appointments, and provide advice.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers to plan and implement services
* Scheduling appointments
* Managing busy inboxes, queries, appointments and other services
* Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
* Providing information and advice to customers or prospective customers
* Undertaking additional tasks such as reception duties, dictation, invoicing and general team support
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Friendly, enthusiastic, helpful approach
* Strong prioritisation skills and flexibility
* Attention to detail
* Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
