**Description**:
We are seeking a Digital Analyst to support and improve Beyond Bank Australia's digital experience for customers and the business. As a Digital Analyst, you will demonstrate your knowledge of customer behaviour, banking systems and the digital ecosystem to continuously improve our digital customer experience and service standards.
Given the significant growth in and importance of our digital channels, our Digital Analysts work across a wide range of tasks and responsibilities from reporting through to customer journey mapping and user experience design.
As a Digital Analyst, some of the activities you'll be involved with or responsible for are:
- Analysing, identifying, and recommend approaches to deliver the goals and strategic objectives of digital projects and business initiatives.
- Analysing and understanding internal processes and how they can be shaped to improve the customer experience and growth through digital channels
- Reporting on the team's performance, ensuring deliverables are consistent with the business expectation
- Collaborating with and guiding internal and external stakeholders
- Capturing and understanding business requirements from relevant business groups
- Research and development activity that focusses on digital innovation
- Analysing and reporting on customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities across our digital platforms
- Providing support to testing including test case creation, reporting and hands-on testing
**Skills and Experiences**:
**You'll be**:
- Obsessed with the digital space, customer-focussed, driven, energetic and a team player
- Qualified via a relevant tertiary qualification or 5+ years' experience in a Digital Analyst role
- Skilled in the world of Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written e.g. dealing with multiple stakeholders with wide-ranging levels of technical knowledge
- Experienced in UX methodologies and processes, including: Personas, User Journeys, Use Cases, interactive Visual Prototypes, User testing, and Focus groups
- Committed with a strong ownership of work and sharp attention to detail
