Job Overview
We are seeking a Rental Coordinator to coordinate rental equipment dispatch, collection and ensure units are rent-ready.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, excellent time management and teamwork abilities, high attention to detail and transactional accuracy, and a safety-focused mindset.
* Coordinate the movement of rental equipment to ensure timely delivery and efficient collection.
* Manage rental invoicing and parts invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
* Handle customer enquiries for rentals and parts via phone and email.
* Support the aftermarket team with administrative tasks and warranty claims.
* Manage warehouse inventory including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and stocktaking.
* Source and order spare parts as needed.
