As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide personal care, community access and person-centred supports to empower clients to develop independent living skills.
You will be part of a collaborative team delivering tailored training to support residents. Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
The successful applicant will have a Certificate IV in Disability Studies or be willing to obtain it whilst working. They will also require current First Aid certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate, Working with Children Check and COVID-19 vaccinations.
