**The opportunity**
The role involves continuing the significant sales development of our Theatre Equipment capital business. You will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of Theatre Equipment to hospitals (public and private) and day surgeries throughout Metro/Regional NSW.

You will be a highly driven individual with a history of developing and maintaining strong relationships with a broad range of customers within the healthcare setting.
**Experience required**:
- Demonstrate a history of strong business relationships with a diverse range of Hospital/Day surgery personnel
- Driven to achieve all sales targets and KPI's through a high standard of sales execution and customer engagement
- Be able to show a high level of technical knowledge
- Have superior strategic planning and execution capability
- Demonstrate sales success in competitive environments
- Capital equipment sales or Operating Theatre background will be highly regarded
- Work collaboratively within a strong team environment
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft word and excel
- Be able and prepared to travel as the role requires
