Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced sales-focused Branch General Manager to lead our Sydney operation.
This role is strongly sales-driven and suited to a proven industry leader who can grow revenue, market share, and profitability in a highly competitive Sydney market. While the business includes Technical Service and an Operations elements the, the primary focus of the role is sales leadership, direct involvement in major opportunity bids, and sustained bottom line performance. Industry experience in Managed Print Services is essential.
The position would be ideal for a current Master Agent within the Print Industry looking to move to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and drive Sydney branch sales performance across MFD rentals, software solutions, and finance offerings
* Personally manage and close strategic, high-value sales opportunities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in Sydney
* Lead, coach, and performance-manage the sales team
* Achieve branch revenue, margin, and growth targets
* Build strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and finance partners
* Lead the Service and Administration functions within the branch to ensure customer retention and contract renewals.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
About You
* Proven experience in the Printer and Photocopier Industry, Managed Print Services, and the Office Technology Industry
* Strong background in B2B sales leadership within a rental or finance-based model
* Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-site or enterprise-level deals
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and commercial skills
* Confident, hands-on sales leader who thrives in a metro market
* Established Sydney market knowledge and networks highly regarded
