Lead Clinical Nurse Position
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Clinical Nurse to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
* Develop and implement procedures to meet each resident's clinical and care needs.
* Maintain clear communication with their families, ensuring that all queries, comments, suggestions or concerns are promptly addressed.
* Act as a clinical lead for all nursing care matters, fostering collaboration and best practice among interdisciplinary teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our nursing teams to provide high-quality, person-centered care that upholds the dignity and respect of our residents.
* Encourage resident and family involvement in care plan development and implementation, promoting autonomy and self-directed care.
* Support residents and families by providing guidance and addressing any queries, comments, suggestions or concerns.
* Ensure evidence-based care delivery and accurate documentation, adhering to legislated requirements and best practices.
* Deliver on clinical governance reporting requirements, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
* Manage and support the clinical care team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Participate in recruitment and assessment of employees, identifying and developing talent to drive excellence in patient care.
* Maintain current knowledge of legislated and best practice requirements, staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
