We’re looking for a Workforce Planner who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating workforce requirements to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and productivity across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate workforce allocation across projects, shutdowns, and day-to-day operations

* Develop and manage rosters in line with operational requirements

* Arrange mobilisation, including travel and accommodation

* Maintain accurate workforce data, including skills matrices and compliance records

* Liaise with Operations, Supervisors, HR, and Payroll teams

* Monitor workforce availability, training requirements, and site access needs

* Prepare workforce reports and insights to support decision-making

* Ensure timesheets are reviewed and submitted in line with payroll deadlines

About You
* 2–5 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or project controls

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

* Well-developed communication

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Sprint Suite highly regarded)

* Exposure to mining or heavy industry environments is advantageous
