Job Description
We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across Australia. Our team of therapeutic experts work with participants to improve their quality of life through tailored interventions and environmental adaptations.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based services that promote independence and well-being for individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote independence.
* Support and advise on environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential facilities.
* Recommend Assistive Technology to assist participants with functional limitations.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience working with NDIS participants, preferably in a therapeutic capacity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
