Job Title:
Senior Health, Safety and Quality Executive
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professionals to implement and maintain health, safety and quality systems and processes on-site.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support operations by conducting safe operations and implementing the safety management system.
* Develop and drive campaigns for injury prevention initiatives targeting key risk areas.
* Partner with stakeholders to address client needs and expectations.
* Develop, implement and monitor safety plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
* Additional qualifications in Risk Management, Psychosocial Risk Management, Auditing, Training & Assessment are desirable.
* ICAM Lead Investigator certification.
* Unrestricted Australian Driver's licence.
* Senior First Aid certification.
Experience:
* Significant experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to build and lead a team.
* In-depth understanding of WHS legislation.
* Ideal experience with ISO standards - Quality 9001, Safety 45001, Environment 14001.
* Expertise in incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
