About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial accounts, reports and statements that meet the highest standards of quality.
* Analyse complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of effective financial control systems and procedures. Develop and implement accounting policies and processes to drive business growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Provide expert accounting and financial advisory services to operational business units. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements. Support month-end and year-end reporting processes. Mentor and develop more junior members of the finance team.

Requirements
* Qualifications: Chartered accountant or equivalent qualification.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in financial accounting and analysis.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
