Job Description
* Coordinate and manage service transition activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
* Develop and implement readiness plans for new technology services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks during transitions.
* Ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes in services.
* Oversee documentation and reporting related to service readiness and transitions.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transition processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Support the resolution of any issues arising during the transition phase.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Service Transition and Readiness Lead should have:
