We are on the hunt for an experienced Butcher to join our meat processing operation. If you have strong knife skills, a good work ethic, and enjoy getting stuck in — this could be the role for you.

About you
You will be working in a busy processing environment, producing quality cuts to specification while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
What will you do:
• Boning, slicing, trimming, and portioning to spec
• Meeting daily production targets
• Following HACCP, QA, and food safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
• Working as part of a reliable, experienced team
What you will need:
• Trade-qualified Butcher or solid industry experience
• Experience in a meat processing or production environment
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a chilled, fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Highly regarded:
• High-volume processing experience
• Knowledge of HACCP and quality systems
• Team players with a good attitude
