Supporting the Banking and Financial Services Group

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Directors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in diary management, meeting coordination, and event organization. Excellent communication skills at an executive level are essential for success in this role.

This is an 8-month contract that offers a collaborative environment with diverse perspectives and opportunities for growth.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries and calendars for three Directors
* Coordinate meetings and appointments
* Organize team events and functions

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

* A proven track record of administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills at an executive level
* A passion for helping others
