(NV1) Service Delivery Manager | 12+12+12 Month Contract
Location: ACT, NSW (Onsite, with WFH flexibility)
Take the lead in managing the delivery of secure cloud and technology services that support critical national operations. As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of PROTECTED and OFFICIAL capabilities, working with providers and customers to ensure performance standards are met. You’ll also drive continuous service improvements, manage incidents and change, and provide operational leadership to ensure services remain robust, secure, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for internal and external providers, ensuring a Service Catalogue and associated Operations Level Agreement (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) compliance
- Lead process improvements, incident management, and continual service delivery enhancements
- Monitor performance data, diagnose issues, and initiate corrective actions
- Build solid stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and reporting
Key Criteria
- Proven experience in service delivery management across technology or cloud services
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and customer service support
- Experience in service level management and technology service management frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and ensuring performance standards
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a minimum NV1 clearance to perform this role.
