We have a wonderful chance for a **Personal Assistant** to join us in our specialist Superannuation team working from our vibrant office in Newcastle West.
**What will you do?**
In this role you will support the team Partner and Associate with diary and inbox management, manage the workflow of our administration team, have direct contact with clients, as well as some general administration tasks.
**What do you bring?**
Our ideal person has a strong background in administration and ideally at least some exposure to a PA role and a genuine desire to grow in this area. Experience in superannuation or accounting, or in another professional services field would be an advantage but it is not necessary.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills for yourself and to support those around you
- Able to comfortably work with a wide range of software and technology (we are truly paperless!)
- A can do approach to each day and a genuine team player
