Project Advisor
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Projects & Infrastructure Advisory team as Advisors or Senior Advisors.
You will work on specialist transaction, commercial, financial, and economic advice for a wide range of infrastructure and real estate projects. Our clients span both private and public sectors, including transport, energy, social infrastructure, and real estate asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic, economic, commercial, and policy advice through technical and non-technical tools, including business cases, feasibility analyses, strategy assessments, cost-benefit analyses, property valuation, economic modelling, and transport modelling.
* Work collaboratively with a national and multidisciplinary team to deliver solutions-focused results.
* Develop research and writing skills to support the development of key deliverables, including advisory reports, commercial documents, and business cases.
* Maintain excellent Excel modelling competency to support project feasibilities, cost benefit analysis, financial analysis, or economic modelling.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as commerce, finance, economics, business, engineering, law, real estate, or equivalent industry experience associated with infrastructure.
* A good understanding of commercial and/or economic principles, with the ability to convey complex ideas into simple concepts.
