What you'll do:You will play a vital role in the Recruitment Services team by providing high-quality administrative support across the recruitment and selection process. From preparing letters of offer and advertising roles, to coordinating suitability screening such as criminal history checks and managing job evaluation requirements, your attention to detail and initiviate skills will assist in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for hiring managers across the Department of Health.
About you:
* Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in the application of computerised information systems and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to quickly adapt to other systems will be necessary.
* Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders in order to achieve organisation objectives.
* Ability to set priorities to meet individual deadlines and take personal responsibility for accurate completion of work, seeking assistance when required to achieve work objectives.
* Demonstrated initiative in identifying problems and assist with implementing effective solutions.
