The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 32 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.
The Role
We are seeking litigation lawyers to join our Insurance & Health team in Hobart. The role will involve defending a variety of general insurance claims. This is an ideal opportunity whether you're at the beginning of your legal journey or an experienced practitioner looking to take your career to new heights. Successful Candidate
* Previous experience in defendant insurance, plaintiff litigation, or commercial litigation
* 1+ years PAE / 3+ years PAE
* Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service
* Solid file management
* Effective communication
* Collaborative and pragmatic approach
