You'll take ownership of complex accounts, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across strategic partners and mining operations.This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations.Prepare and execute account management plans to maximise growth and retention.Lead contract negotiations and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients.Maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts.Collaborate with APAC operations teams to define scope and opportunities.Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams.Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records.About YouYou're a trusted commercial partner with a deep understanding of the mining sector and proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts.Key skills and experience:Senior experience in Key Account Manager role.Ideally experience with Micromine products (Alastri, Pitram) or similar mining technology.Proven success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management.Experience influencing C-level and senior stakeholders.Next StepsIf you are looking to shape the future direction of technology in the industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.To learn more or apply, visit our website at.
