* Deliver administrative support by providing efficient and accurate reception services to facilitate business operations.
* Collate and register referrals for intake meetings, coordinating with staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Support patient records management, preparing and requesting medical records in line with established policies and procedures.
* Provide secretariat services, drafting agendas and minutes for team meetings.
* Prioritise tasks effectively and take responsibility for duties in the absence of supervision.
