About the Role The National Account Manager (NAM) - RTD is a newly created, senior National Account Manager role with a clear mandate: build Vinarchy’s wine‑based RTD presence with Australia’s most influential retailers. As NAM- RTD, you'll own and develop Vinarchy’s RTD relationships with Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group, working directly with RTD buying and category teams to establish ranging, unlock growth and build long‑term commercial pipelines. This role goes beyond traditional account management. It is category‑building, commercially complex and highly visible, with strong executive sponsorship and the opportunity to shape how RTD is approached within a wine‑led organisation. If you have grown RTD or adjacent beverage categories with major retailers - in Australia or internationally - and are excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up, this role offers rare scope and influence. You'll be responsible for: RTD Customer Leadership Own senior RTD buyer relationships at Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group Lead all commercial negotiations across ranging, pricing, promotions, space and activation Translate Vinarchy’s RTD ambition into sustainable distribution, share and profitability outcomes Category & Growth Development Identify and unlock RTD growth opportunities through range expansion, new formats and innovation Develop and deliver customer‑specific RTD plans aligned to Joint Business Plans Partner with Marketing and Category teams to turn shopper and consumer insight into compelling RTD propositions Execution & Cross‑Functional Influence Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure availability, forecasting accuracy and launch execution Partner with Innovation teams to shape and land the RTD pipeline with retailers Collaborate with Finance / RGM on pricing architecture, margin delivery and promotional ROI Own RTD performance reporting and provide clear, commercial recommendations Leadership, Visibility & Governance Act as the RTD subject‑matter lead internally, educating and influencing senior stakeholders Deliver against agreed revenue, volume, share and profitability targets Maintain strong commercial governance and alignment with Vinarchy sales standards Your Knowledge and Skills You are a senior, commercially astute account leader with a track record of driving growth in RTD, beer or adjacent beverage categories. You likely bring: Proven experience managing national retail customers (Coles, Endeavour and/or overseas equivalents) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Demonstrated success building or expanding a category, not just maintaining it Strong RTD or beverage category exposure, with an understanding of innovation, formats and occasions Confidence operating in ambiguity and building momentum where no established playbook exists The ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leaders without formal authority You are pragmatic, resilient and commercially grounded - excited by the opportunity to apply RTD thinking within a wine‑led business, rather than forcing a one‑size‑fits‑all approach.
