Based at Western Sydney University's Hawkesbury campus, this Y‐managed fitness centre brings together students, staff and the local community in a high‐energy, inclusive space. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of our fitness centre. Every shift, you'll help create a warm, safe and positive experience for students, staff, and community members.
You'll be doing things like:
* Greeting members with a smile
* Managing check‐ins and answering enquiries
* Helping with memberships, bookings & tours
* Handling point‐of‐sale and basic admin tasks
* Supporting the team to keep the centre running smoothly
* Delivering friendly, helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors
We're Looking For
* Someone bubbly, positive, and confident talking to people
* A team player who enjoys a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Basic computer and admin know‐how
* Customer service experience (bonus, but not essential!)
* CPR / First Aid or willingness to obtain
