Reporting to the Property Section Leader, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of cadastral survey projects in line with the objectives of the Property Service Line
Primary responsibilities
* Manage Cadastral projects to ensure that quality, schedule and budget requirements are met
* Ensure agreed gross margin returns on projects
* Plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of Property survey projects
* Become an integral part of company initiatives to grow into the most recognisable brand in the Geospatial services industry in the region
* Establish a culture of discipline, professionalism
* Maintain an accurate and effective CRM system
* Develop and manage a high performing, highly utilised professional services team
* Develop market intelligence to ensure all relevant business development opportunities and client relationships are effectively managed with a personal focus on cadastral work, resulting in an increase of market share
* Ensure productive relationships are forged with existing and new clients, in order to create opportunities that match the strategy of the Survey Service Line
About You
* Management experience within the property survey industry
* Demonstrated success delivering large and medium survey projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to network, engage and influence at the highest levels
* Strong commercial intelligence, exceptional analytical and organisational skills
* A high level of integrity, empathy and a strong work ethic and sound commercial knowledge of contracts management
* Highly developed relationship management skills resulting in ability to actively engage internal and external stakeholders
