As an Associate Director, you are stepping into a larger leadership role to manage all programmatic and social activity and can bring innovative performance solutions to our clients. You will be required to lead all operations, from ensuring quality implementation, providing strategic direction to the team, maintaining the financial health of all performance accounts, scoping projects, and developing your team to become future leaders.

About the role:
Support building a performance marketing culture for your team to ensure that they adopt Kinesso products, ways of working and our culture.
Keep your Performance team motivated and on track to ensure account deliverables are met including reporting, optimization tactics, quality-checks, and best practice while we adhere to the strategy set.
Develop strong relationships with our senior client and agency partner stakeholders aiming for high client satisfaction and retention.
Lead of team of Performance Managers and Executives.
Liaise with stakeholders to remove roadblocks for your team including access to tools and systems needed in their roles.
Accountability for team development; includes utilizing organizational tools such as L&D, creating internal opportunities and challenges for staff, maintaining positive morale, and partnering with People & Culture and Directors on supporting organizational objectives.
Manage your teams onboarding and employee experience process.
About you:
Previous experience leading Paid media teams across social
Great leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire your team
Large client/spend paid media implementation experience across paid media channels
Good stakeholder experience across complex clients and agency partners

Personal Assistant to Director: Full-time
Open to 4 days a week pro rata for the right candidate
Location: In-office, Brookvale NSW 2100
Start Date: Ideally mid-July — open to negotiation for the right candidate
Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 + super (based on experience)

Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel
Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow-ups
Draft emails, reports, and internal comms
Maintain digital filing systems and organise documents
Support with confidential matters and business operations
Business & Project Support
Work across a variety of exciting ventures — from construction to hospitality
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
Help manage HR paperwork and team coordination
Track progress on development projects and business tasks
Be the Director's right hand and trusted sounding board

1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, office coordination or admin (or a relevant degree)

Full Australian work rights (this role is not suitable for student visa holders)
