Registered Nurse Leadership Opportunity
This is a fulfilling leadership role that will challenge and reward you as a Registered Nurse. As an After-Hours Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of residents during non-business hours, ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with experience in managing medication administration, wound care, and crisis management. A comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards and ANNAC systems is also essential.
About the Role
* Resident Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents.
* Staff Supervision: Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.
* Care Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident.
* Medication Management: Ensure proper administration and management of medications for residents.
* Family Communication: Communicate effectively with residents' families or legal guardians.
* Crisis Management: Handle emergency situations and critical incidents promptly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
* Grade 5, Registered Nurse.
* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ANNAC.
* Expertise in medication administration and wound care.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
