About The Role

Our Rice portfolio is a key growth driver for SunRice ANZ, and we're looking for a Brand Manager who's excited to help take it to the next level. From everyday snacking to moments of sharing, this role sits at the heart of a dynamic, fast‐growing category with big ambitions and plenty of opportunity to shape what comes next.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Rice and working alongside another Brand Manager and a Marketing Coordinator, you'll take true end‐to‐end ownership of your projects with an initial focus on Rice Snacks - from insight and strategy through to innovation, launch, optimisation and growth. You'll be part of a highly collaborative Marketing community, partnering closely with Sales, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and agency teams to turn great ideas into products consumers love.

This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking, and who gets real satisfaction from seeing strategy brought to life - on shelf, in store and in snack cupboards across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

* Owning and growing your portfolio, with responsibility for brand health, market share and P&L performance
* Leading innovation development, including shaping and delivering a strong 3–5 year pipeline and bringing new ideas to market through the stage‐gate process
* Identifying opportunities for portfolio growth linked to consumer insight, trends and cultural relevance
* Translating consumer and market insights into actionable brand strategy, innovation and communication plans
* Collaborating closely with cross‐functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Insights and Finance) to deliver launches smoothly, on time and with impact
* Building and executing clear, compelling brand plans that balance brand building with commercial outcomes
* Playing an active role in integrated marketing execution, partnering with media, creative and agency teams to bring campaigns and NPD support plans to life
* Supporting multicultural marketing initiatives across the Rice portfolios
* Tracking performance, understanding what's driving results and confidently recommending next moves
* Managing A&P budgets responsibly, ensuring investment delivers value
* Staying curious about consumers, customers and competitors - always looking for ways to make our brands better, bigger and more relevant

About You

You're a Brand Manager with at least 2 years' experience in FMCG, ideally food, and you genuinely enjoy building brands that people choose every day. You bring energy and ownership to your work, take pride in the impact you make, and love seeing ideas move from concept to consumer.

Curious, commercial and collaborative, you're comfortable digging into data, workshopping ideas with cross‐functional partners, and taste‐testing new product concepts.

Organised and proactive, you enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment where priorities evolve and no two days are quite the same.

You Will Bring

* Demonstrated experience as an FMCG Brand Manager, ideally in food
* A genuine passion for food and the role it plays in everyday moments (being a foodie is strongly encouraged)
* Experience building brands and helping innovation move from idea to shelf
* Exposure to rice or closely related categories like bakery, pasta or noodles
* Confident working cross‐functionally and influencing outcomes
* A growth mindset - curious, open‐minded and keen to keep learning
* Commercially savvy, with experience managing a P&L and A&P investment
