Do you thrive on meaningful clinical work while supporting others to grow? As Assistant Director Psychology with Darling Downs Health, you'll deliver advanced clinical services within the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Division, guide a dedicated team in the Rehabilitation and Recovery Service, and work closely with the Director of Psychology to strengthen professional practice across the region. What your day will look like….

You'll move between focused clinical work, team support and collaborative problem‑solving. Your time may be spent providing advanced psychological assessment and intervention, offering supervision and guidance to developing practitioners, and contributing to service planning with leaders across MHAOD. You'll engage with stakeholders, help refine clinical practices and policies, and play a steady role in strengthening the Rehabilitation and Recovery Service. Throughout it all, you'll bring empathy, clear communication and professional curiosity to every interaction.
