* Manage project budgets and resources.
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to senior management.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
* Ensure the safety and reliability of all mechanical systems and products.
