Room Attendant
In a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our resort. This is an excellent opportunity to join our well-established team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our members and guests.
This role involves day-to-day turnover of rooms, including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, restocking amenities, and overall maintenance of rooms and public areas. You will have interactions with our members and guests, providing excellent customer service and attending to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Requirements:
* Previous housekeeping experience (desired but not required)
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict timelines
* Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests
* Attention to detail with the ability to personalize a service
* Great work ethic and experience working in a team environment
