What you'll be doing
* Leading and coaching customer service teams
* Standardising and improving processes
* Resolving escalated customer issues
* Collaborating with Operations, Logistics, and HR
* Monitoring key metrics and driving continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* Experience managing multi‑site or national teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Analytical, with a focus on process improvement
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and customer service systems
* Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
* Willing to travel when required
