We are a fast-growing industrial blast & paint company seeking an experienced mobilisation/accounts administrator to join our team.
This is a part‐time role (flexible hours) requiring someone who has great attention to detail, is reliable and can work in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the project coordinator with workforce onboarding (booking inductions/medicals, travel and accommodation)
* Excel reporting & tracking, internal record keeping (PPE, vehicle & rostering registers)
* Assisting the bookkeeper admin with accounts payable & receivable in MYOB
* Purchase orders, invoicing and additional admin support as needed
* Data entry, filing and general office duties
Skills & Experience
* Experience with mobilisation & onboarding (RIO knowledge highly regarded)
* Strong MYOB skills (PO's, reconciliations)
* High attention to detail & organisation
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable & punctual
