About the role
:
1. The working week will see the successful candidate home visiting our patients throughout the large geographical area we cover providing patient training for peritoneal dialysis and home haemodialysis.
2. We will provide a supported orientation program with senior team members, with ongoing education and training as required.
About you:
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skills/attributes:
3. Capable and energetic person who has both haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience.
4. Team player with an understanding of chronic illness and has a caring approach for patients with chronic disease.
5. Previous home dialysis training experience is highly regarded.
6. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
7. Unrestricted NSW driver’s license is essential and willingness to travel long distances in the working day.

Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme:
This vacancy is eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package that includes the following*:
11. Attraction incentive paid as a Rural and Regional fortnightly allowance of up to $10,000for the first 12-months
12. Retention incentive of up to $5,000 thereafter annually
13. PLUS 3 months accommodation assistance ( rent payments, mortgage re-payments, payments for commercial accommodation)
*All payments and reimbursements made to part time employees will be on a pro-rata basis.
Attraction incentives will be paid as a Rural and Regional fortnightly allowance on top of your base salary.

18. An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
