Alumni Program Coordinator
This role is responsible for implementing an alumni program at Darwin High School on a part-time basis.
About the Role
* The Alumni Program Coordinator will be responsible for building and engaging the school's alumni community through various means.
* The successful candidate will identify and engage alumni volunteers to take part in career pathways sessions.
* They will also be responsible for proactively connecting with alumni and recording their details on the school's database.
* Finding innovative ways to help the school involve their alumni in school life and curriculum-related activities is also key.
Key Responsibilities
1. Building relationships with alumni via phone, email and social media.
2. Event planning - identifying and engaging alumni volunteers for career pathways sessions.
3. Connecting with alumni and recording their details on the school's database.
4. Identifying opportunities for alumni to be involved in school life and curriculum-related activities.
