The purpose of this position is to provide support to Financial Accountant in bookkeeping for an accounting team within SEKO. Assisting in preparing budgets and business analysis activities. Further supporting in various financial tasks and Accounts Payable for the non-trading invoices and liaise with the suppliers to solve the queries. This role will be critical within the finance team to support the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the data entry related to processing supplier invoices, employee related expense claims.
* Follow up the internal approval procedures with each manager.
* Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service to business and suppliers.
* Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations.
* Assisting in preparation of budgeting and business analysis.
* Assisting audit with external auditor or other audit tasks.
* Assisting the tasks with other finance members when required.
* Other duties may be assigned.
About You:
* Solid low-level accountancy and basic bookkeeping skills.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
* Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.
* Time-management abilities and Confidentiality.
* The ability to function well in a team, as they need to provide support as needed.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
