Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts in the South Western metro region
 * Develop strategic plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
 * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
 * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
 * Maintain a territory call plan and follow up on leads
 * Deliver tailored product solutions and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in sales, ideally within safety, construction or industrial sectors
 * Strong relationship-building and communication skills
 * Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems & MS Office
 * A proactive, customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
 * Strategic thinking and attention to detail
 * A valid, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
