This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication with staff and clients, and providing operational support to ensure high-quality services.About this role:Disability Support - Operations Manager (Hybrid Position)Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the daily operations of our NDIS service delivery, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCoordinating the scheduling and task allocation for support workers, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care.Liaising with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or queries promptly and professionallyAnalyzing and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement within the organisationContributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomesEnsuring the effective utilisation of resources and the implementation of cost-saving measuresHandling any ad hoc tasks as neededQualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar operations or management role within the Aged and Disability Support industry (or related sectors)Strong understanding of the NDIS and its regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance across all aspects of service deliveryExperience with — or willingness to learn — the National Standards for Disability Services and the NDIS Quality & Safeguards FrameworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholdersProven track record in leading and motivating teams, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsRelevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., Health Services Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience in leadership roles within the NDIS or disability services industryAdditional requirements include:Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open driver's license with comprehensive insurance.Salary:$39,333 – $52,500 per year (depending on hours worked and employment type – part-time, plus super, with potential for performance-based bonuses)Why Join Us?Be part of a dedicated, passionate teamOpportunity for growth and development within the companyFlexible working hours with the potential for a full-time roleHow to Apply:If you're ready to make a difference and join a compassionate team, please send your resume and cover letter to ******.
