Following a recent announcement by the Australian Government to investigate the acquisition of UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia is looking to establish a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the procurement and sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- Working in a safe manner and following OH&S; guidelines
- Operate under general supervision and as part of a team
- Maintain Warehouse Databases with accurate management of records
- General warehouse housekeeping and cleaning
- Ensuring stock is securely packed and stowed IAW DEF(AUST)1000C
- Proficient support of issue, storage, receipting and shipping functions
- Assist the Handling and shipping of Dangerous Goods (as applicable)
- Support the loading of freight
- Participating in Truck operations (if applicable)
- Assisting stocktakes
**About you**:
- This position is responsible for support efficient functioning of our Defence warehouse and inventory operations in the UH-60M Warehouse. You will be engaged with the management and control of Aeronautical product in accordance with Commonwealth Government policies and procedures.
To be successful, you will have;
- Experience within a warehousing or similar position
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce and interpret complex reports and information Desirable
- Forklift/High Risk Work Environment experience
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
The location of the role will be Horningsea Park, NSW.
