Are you an experienced Employment Coach ready to take the next step in your career?

Do you bring deep frontline experience in supporting people with disability into meaningful employment?

Are you passionate about mentoring others and shaping service delivery from the ground up?

Can you lead by example while delivering high‑quality, person‑centered support?

We are looking for a Senior Employment Coach to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team. This role is ideal for someone who has built strong foundations in employment services and is ready to expand their impact—supporting participants with complex barriers, mentoring staff, and contributing to site performance. You will work closely with the Employment Service Area Manager to guide service delivery, support new and existing staff, and help drive outcomes that change lives.

This is a role for someone who leads through experience—through empathy, through initiative, and through action.

Responsibilities

* Support participants with complex barriers, delivering tailored, person‑centered support.
* Mentor and guide new staff, contributing to team development.
* Implement innovative case management strategies and employment‑focused programs that lead to outcomes.
* Work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment to support site performance through mentoring, program delivery, and collaborative practice.
* Build trust and rapport with participants, colleagues, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a strong track record of supporting people with disability into meaningful employment.
* A deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants with complex barriers.
* Experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development.
* Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employment‑focused programs that lead to outcomes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A mature, proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us.

Benefits

* Generous above‑award salaries.
* Tax‑free salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900, plus an additional $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment.
* Accrued Monthly Day Off for eligible employees.
* A Perkbox Subscription with a wide range of discounts, wellbeing resources, and lifestyle perks.
* A performance reward system that provides additional paid leave benefits.
* Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
* A well‑structured fully supported induction program, with further development and training provided.
* Professional team environment with support from an internal team of dedicated specialists.
