Position Overview
We are seeking a Web Developer who builds clean, scalable, high-performing websites — and understands how SEO influences development decisions.
This role is primarily focused on:
Website development Performance optimization Conversion-focused page building Technical health of our web properties
SEO knowledge is essential, but this is not an SEO strategist role.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development (Primary Focus)
Develop and maintain WordPress websites Build and optimize landing pages for services and campaigns Improve website performance (speed, responsiveness, scalability) Ensure mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility Implement clean code and maintain technical best practices Manage integrations, forms, tracking scripts, and APIs Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch new services
Performance & Technical Optimization
Improve Core Web Vitals Reduce page load times Optimize hosting and caching structure Maintain site security and plugin ecosystem Ensure technical stability across brands
SEO-Aware Development
Implement proper header structures (H1-H6) Apply schema markup where relevant Ensure clean URL structures Optimize metadata implementation Improve crawlability and indexation Build internal linking structures properly Translate keyword strategy into optimized page architecture
Requirements
3+ years experience in web development Strong experience with WordPress Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience optimizing site speed and performance Understanding of technical SEO principles Experience working on service-based websites Familiarity with Google Search Console & Analytics
Nice to Have
Experience managing multiple brand websites Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) Experience working with SEO teams Experience with schema markup Basic UX/UI understanding
