Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage customer repairs and servicing, providing timely updates, and dispatching online orders.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage customer interactions and resolve complaints
* Process and dispatch online orders and stock transfers
* Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliations
* Participate in stock control and maintenance

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Motivated and organized individual with attention to detail
* Experience in resolving customer complaints and making informed decisions
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Flexibility across trading hours
