The Accountant will play an important role in our Finance team, undertaking a variety of management accountant activities, with a pathway for progression for the right candidate.
Who will join our journey…
This position would ideally suit an individual who has a tertiary degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting) and relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting environment. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of relevant accounting standards, principles and relevant legislation, and the ability to prepare, interpret and analyse financial reports. A high level of computer proficiency is also a prerequisite for this position.
In relation to person specifications, the successful applicant will have attention to detail, the ability to plan, organise and establish work priorities, demonstrate initiative and problem solving, be adaptable, have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team.
