Overview
Permanent, full-time HR Coordinator – Midlands. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year plus generous annual leave. Location: Hybrid – remote 2 days and office-based 3 days at Greenwood Academy, Farnborough Rd, Birmingham B35 7NL (planned relocation to Tamworth Enterprise College, Tamworth B77 2NE in late 2025/early 2026).

Responsibilities
* Maintain a compliant and up-to-date Single Central Record (SCR).
* Process new colleague appointment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processing.
* Maintain an accurate HR tracker for each school and/or region.
* Manage onboarding of all new colleagues to the trust.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews (HR Coordinator – Midlands).
Qualifications
* L2 qualifications – GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
* Experience of working in HR administration.
* Experience with HR Management Systems.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.

Role Details
Salary: £28,624 – £29,572 per annum (+ well-being cash plan + pension scheme + Lift Schools benefits).
Status: Permanent, Full Time. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Immediate start date.
