About the Role
As Maintenance Officer, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our village safe, functional, and looking its best. Reporting to the Village Manager, this hands-on role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, problem-solving on the go, and building strong relationships with residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment
* Respond promptly to urgent repair needs
* Keep accurate records and manage inventory of tools and supplies
* Engage professionally with residents, families, and staff
* Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety
What We're Looking For
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Adaptable with strong time-management skills
* Physically fit (able to lift and move up to 15 kg)
* Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
* A team player aligned with Levande's values and purpose
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in property, facility, or village maintenance
* Valid driver's licence
